Mark Caudel is currently the Senior Manager of QFS Product Certifications and Labeling at Danone North America. Previously, Mark held several key positions in quality assurance and food science, including Senior Manager of Quality Systems and Raw Materials at The Simply Good Foods Company and Quality Assurance Manager at Boulder Brands. Mark also served as an Adjunct Professor at Johnson & Wales University, teaching a bachelor's level Food Science course. Mark earned a Master’s degree and a Graduate Certificate in Food Safety and Defense from Kansas State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University.
