Matthew McDonald

Matthew McDonald has extensive experience in compensation and human resources, currently serving as the Senior Director of Compensation & International Mobility at Danone since January 2020. McDonald has held various leadership roles within Danone since joining in March 2009, where responsibilities include designing and managing comprehensive compensation programs and delivering training on performance management and pay equity. Prior to joining Danone, McDonald worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Eastman Kodak and Jupitermedia. McDonald holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Olivet Nazarene University.
