Megan Hermsmeier

Megan Hermsmeier is the Director of QFS Industrialization at Danone, where they work cross-functionally to bring products to market. Previously, they served as the Quality & Food Safety Systems Senior Manager, contributing to innovation and process development. Megan gained extensive experience in quality management through roles at Leprino Foods and The WhiteWave Foods Company, where they ensured compliance with food safety standards and led quality initiatives. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science with a focus on Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
