Merce Griell has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Iberia Talent Development & Learning and HRBP Director at Danone since July 2015, after holding multiple pivotal roles within the company, including Head of South Europe Talent Development & Learning and Human Resources Organizational Development Manager. Prior to Danone, Merce worked as a Human Resources Senior Business Partner at Wrigley and held various positions at PepsiCo, where responsibilities included Human Resources Business Partner & Talent Manager and Marketing roles. Merce began a professional journey in category management at Danone Dairy and holds a dual degree (LIC & MBA) in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Business Policy from Esade, complemented by an internship experience in London.
