Mike Arbaugh

Mike Arbaugh has extensive experience in both manufacturing and emergency medical services. As the Manufacturing Losses Excellence Director at Danone since August 1996, Mike Arbaugh focuses on assessing and optimizing processing system performance while previously managing over 70 employees across various shifts. Additionally, Mike Arbaugh has served as a paramedic with Emergency Training Systems, Inc. since May 2021 and has been a dedicated volunteer firefighter and paramedic with Grottoes Volunteer Fire Department and Grottoes Rescue Squad since June 2008 and May 2001, respectively. At UVA Health from May 2018 to May 2021, Mike Arbaugh provided critical care and recognized life-threatening cardiac issues, further emphasizing expertise in pharmacological treatments for critically ill patients. Prior experience includes firefighting and paramedic duties with Rockingham County Fire Rescue from August 2008 to November 2017. Mike Arbaugh's educational background includes studies at Blue Ridge Community College and CSEMS.
