Nancy Dowling is the General Secretary for Danone North America, where they oversee legal, regulatory, compliance, communications, public affairs, and security functions. Nancy joined Danone in 2006, serving in various global roles including General Counsel for Specialized Nutrition and Global General Counsel for the Essential Dairy and Plant-Based business unit. Prior to Danone, Nancy held positions at Sears Roebuck and Company and World Kitchen, and began their career at The Procter & Gamble Company as Senior Counsel. Nancy earned a bachelor's degree in art from the University of Chicago and a law degree from the University of Florida, and they currently serve on Danone’s Global Legal and Compliance Board as well as the boards of the Westchester County chapter of the American Heart Association and the Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution.
