Nathan Hayes

Nathan Hayes is currently the Director of Revenue Growth Management for the UK and IRE at Danone, a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, Nathan served as the Grocery Director at Danone and held various positions at Johnson & Johnson, where they focused on customer development and national account management for brands like Boots and Tesco. Nathan began their career with an industrial placement at Kantar and has also worked for Unilever as a National Account Controller. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University in 2005.
