Nick Loomis is currently the R&D Director for Plant Based Food at Danone, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as Product Development Manager and R&D Sr. Manager at Danone and were a Sr. Research Scientist at WhiteWave Foods from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Nick was a Product Developer at The Dannon Company, where they led the development and launch of various frozen yogurt and beverage products. They began their career as an R&D/Quality Assurance Technician at Beaverton Foods Inc. Nick earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University.
