Nicolas Rogues

Nicolas Rogues serves as the Global Nature Performance Controlling Director at Danone since September 2020, overseeing an eight-member team responsible for Climate & Nature reporting across 160 factories and 70 business units. Noteworthy achievements include the successful validation of Danone’s Science-Based Targets and the development of the company's first comprehensive climate roadmap. Prior to Danone, Nicolas held various roles at EY, focusing on sustainable performance and transformation, including CSR risk management and ESG advisory for private equity. Nicolas also brings experience from Parfums Christian Dior, where leadership spanned production management and environmental safety, and from CAPSIS Environnement, contributing to nuclear decommissioning projects. An alumnus of Chimie ParisTech - PSL, Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
