Nuke P. serves as the Culture & Engagement Manager at Danone since September 2017, focusing on Culture, Employee Engagement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), while co-leading the implementation of Human Rights Due Diligence across 51 sites in Indonesia. Previous roles at Danone include Employee Engagement and Campaign Manager, Graduate Program Manager, Graduate Program Analyst, and Employer Branding Assistant, all within the Talent Acquisition and OD & Culture teams. In addition, Nuke P. co-founded Langkah Kita, aimed at empowering young leaders from underserved communities in Indonesia. With experience in creative design roles at Kampus Update, LINE Corp, AIESEC in Bandung, and StudentsxCEOs, Nuke P. holds a Bachelor of Management in Marketing Management from Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani and a Change Management certificate from Cornell University.
