Pascal SAGOT has a comprehensive background in operations and management within the food industry, primarily with Danone since February 2001, where current responsibilities include overseeing the Specialized Nutrition Supply Point in Brive-la-Gaillarde and leading quality operations across 18 European plants for major brands such as Danone and Activia. Previous roles at Danone include directing significant change initiatives, enhancing productivity through lean manufacturing, and managing sourcing and industrialization projects. Prior to Danone, Pascal SAGOT held various positions at Lesaffre, focusing on production and warehousing in the yeast extract sector, and served as a consultant at Area Consultants, specializing in organizational and change management. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from ESSEC Business School and an Engineer’s Degree from AgroParisTech.
