Peggy Pinard has extensive experience in dietary studies and nutritional epidemiology. They worked as a researcher at INSERM from 2005 to 2008, focusing on the nutritional effects of maternal seafood intake during pregnancy. After serving as a Scientific Project Manager at Interfel, Peggy held the position of Scientific and Technical Project Manager at ANSES from 2011 to 2019, where they designed major food consumption surveys and conducted research on dietary patterns. Currently, they lead Diet & Nutritional Epidemiology at Danone, overseeing strategy development for health and nutrition data while fostering collaborations within the academic community. Peggy holds a Doctorate in Public Health—Epidemiology and Nutrition from Paris-Sud University, complemented by a Master's degree in Public Health.
