Rafik Benothman is currently the Director of Accounting and Taxation at Danone, a position held since 2021. Prior to this, Rafik led the Accounting and Taxation Department at Delice Danone Tunisia from 2008 to 2021 and worked as an HR Manager specializing in Remuneration and Social Benefits from 2005 to 2008. Rafik's educational background includes a Maitrise in Finance from the University of Tunis El Manar, a Master in Finance-Banque et Gestion de Risque from IHET, and a Certificat IFRS from PwC Tunisie. Currently, Rafik is pursuing a Certificate ICF Coach in Coaching at Excellentia International Institute.
