Ray Burton

Ray Burton, PHR, is a bilingual HR professional with over 20 years of experience in various human resources roles. They served as Human Resources Manager at UPS from 1989 to 2005, followed by positions as Executive Director Human Resources at Rhodes State College and Corporate Human Resources Director at Cash America. Ray was a College Professor at Edison Community College from 2001 to 2013 and later became the Director of Field Human Resources at FirstCash from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Ray is the Plant Human Resources Director at Danone and is pursuing an MBA from the University of Phoenix alongside a Bachelor's Degree from Bluffton University.
