Rob Engelen

Rob Engelen is currently a Learning and Development Manager at Danone, overseeing all learning activities for Danone Nutricia Cuijk and leading training initiatives for a new greenfield factory. Previously, Rob held positions as a Learning and Development Coordinator at Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition and as a Trainer/Coach at VV Bennekom, where the focus was on developing youth talent in football. Rob's early experience includes roles in HR advisory positions and internships in various fields, all underscored by a commitment to fostering employee development and enhancing business performance through effective human resource management. Rob holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and has supplemented their education with studies in Nutrition and NLP.
