Roman Yanchev

Roman Yanchev is currently the R&I Director for Danone Ukraine & Belarus, where they manage innovation strategy and project management processes. They previously served as an R&D engineer and product manager at Danone, leading teams and overseeing the development of new products. Prior to that, they were an area supervisor at TERRA FOOD, managing production areas and people. Roman holds two master's degrees from the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies in Food Technology and Processing, and Engineering/Industrial Management.
