Rosalia Trias

Rosalia Trias is a Quality and Food Safety Microbiology Manager at Danone, where they currently apply their microbiological expertise to drive innovation in water and aquadrinks. Prior to this role, Rosalia worked as a Senior Water Microbiology Scientist at Danone Nutricia Research and led projects with a global scope. They have also served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris, focusing on carbon sequestration impacts on microbial communities. Rosalia holds a PhD in Microbiology from the Universitat de Girona, where they also received a DEA and a degree in Biology.
