Roy Jin

Roy Jin has extensive experience in procurement and packaging management, currently serving as the Head of Pack Upstream and Secondary Packaging and previously as Category Sourcing Director for multiple roles at Danone since March 2015. Responsibilities include overseeing full plastic upstream, recycling plastic management, and capex sourcing for the Danone water business. Prior to Danone, Roy Jin worked at Unilever for nearly a decade, handling global procurement for tube packaging and flexible materials across several regions. Early career experience includes a section manager role at Auchan Retail, focusing on purchasing and team management. Roy Jin holds a BA in Food Science and Engineering from Shanghai University.
