Scott Guynes

Scott Guynes is currently the Senior Innovation Engineering Manager at Danone, where they oversee CAPEX execution for high-speed dairy, plant-based dairy, and coffee creamer production. Previously, they served as the Senior Engineering Manager at Danone from 2018 to 2023, managing similar responsibilities. Prior to Danone, Scott worked as a Senior Plant Engineer at Kroger from 2013 to 2018, focusing on high-speed beverage manufacturing, and as an Engineering Resource at Daisy Brand from 2009 to 2014, where they handled building and utilities maintenance. Scott earned a Master of Divinity degree from Abilene Christian University between 2002 and 2005.
