Simas Banys

Simas Banys is currently the Head of Commercial Excellence and Value Creation for the Nordics and Baltics and has extensive experience in sales management and strategic business development. They previously served as Head of Sales Department at Danone in the Baltics and held various roles including Sales Director for Early Life Nutrition and Senior Area Manager at Danone Dairy. Simas began their career directing the Lithuanian affiliate of Svensky Kaubanduse AS, where they successfully launched and managed FMCG sales. They also have experience educating future business leaders as a lecturer in sales management and international business programs at Vilniaus kolegija/University of Applied Sciences. Simas holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas.
