Simon Pérès

Simon Pérès is a Procurement Manager with a strong background in logistics and purchasing. They graduated from Bordeaux Sciences Agro with an engineering degree and earned a Master in Quality and Organization from ESC Paris. Simon began their professional journey at Unilever, progressing from Head of Food Production Unit to European Purchasing Manager for Repacking, where they implemented a cost model to streamline purchasing processes across Europe. Since 2017, they have been responsible for primary logistics purchases for the Waters division of Danone, managing multimodal transport for European and export warehouses.
