Sothyliza Tem has a background in human resources with experience as a Human Resources Intern at HGB Group and as an HR Admin Assistant at Danone since August 2025. In early 2024, Sothyliza gained experience in compensation and benefits roles at Cambrew Ltd, initially as an intern and subsequently as part of the compensation and benefits team. Sothyliza completed a Middle School Diploma from Beltei International School of Phnom Penh and a High School Diploma in General Studies from CIA FIRST International School of Phnom Penh. Currently, Sothyliza is pursuing higher education at American University of Phnom Penh, expected to graduate in 2025.
