Stefanie Vinck

Stefanie Vinck assists domestic and international clients with a diverse range of corporate matters, focusing on venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. They currently serve as a Senior Legal Counsel and Compliance Manager at Danone, having previously held roles at Cresco, Arcas Law, and Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick. Stefanie is also a Practice Assistant at the Research Unit Economic Law at KU Leuven. They earned a Master’s Degree in Law with Distinction from the University of Antwerp and completed further studies at the Université de Fribourg as part of an Erasmus exchange.
