Sylvain Dalmas

Sylvain Dalmas has extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as the SAP S/4 HANA Finance Project Lead at Danone since 2019. Previously, Sylvain held various roles at Danone, including Operations Controlling Manager and Plant Controller, where they contributed to financial planning, reporting, and the implementation of major projects. Sylvain also worked with Louis Dreyfus Commodities and Groupe Soufflet, managing technical and sales relationships and overseeing operations in agricultural production. They began their career with the French Army as a squad leader in a mountain troops regiment. Sylvain holds a Baccalauréat C with honors from the Institut national agronomique Paris-Grignon.
