Tanja Neuser

Tanja Neuser is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as HR Director for DACH at Danone since February 2005. Neuser has held various key positions, including Director of Human Resources for AIG (DACH/Italy-Greece) and Project Lead for the one Danone initiative in the DACH region focused on change management. Prior to Danone, Neuser worked at VW Bordnetze as Head of People & Organisation Development and at Accenture GmbH as a Consultant in the Human Performance Service Line. Tanja Neuser holds a Diploma in Psychology from the Technical University of Darmstadt and has furthered education at The University of Manchester.
