Taylor Sear

Taylor Sear, MBA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Talent Management at Danone, beginning in March 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at DaVita Kidney Care from January 2016 to February 2023, where accomplishments include receiving the Core Value Award for Service Excellence and successfully recruiting 50 clinical staff within six months. Previous positions also encompass project management, analyst roles, and technical support at Digi-Star, as well as teaching Spanish to young students.
