Thomas Millescamps

Thomas Millescamps has extensive experience in human resources and project management, with a career spanning various companies. At Leroy Merlin, Thomas facilitated training evaluations, while at Orange, significant recruitment efforts were made across three regions. Thomas also held roles involving social relations management, particularly within Royal Canin, focusing on deploying social strategies and coordinating key projects, including a reorganization of the Value Chain for North America. In previous positions at Groupe Lactalis, Thomas led HR management for a site with 350 employees, addressing employee relations and skills management. Currently, as a Human Resources Business Partner at Danone, Thomas manages a team and is involved in implementing HR policies and fostering social dialogue. Thomas holds a DUT in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
