Timothy Conley

Timothy "TJ" Conley is currently serving as the Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator at Danone since February 2024. Prior to this role, Conley developed a comprehensive background in the insurance industry at Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies, holding positions as an Insurance Agent and Agency Manager from January 2015 to February 2024. Conley holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bridgewater College, obtained from 2011 to 2014, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Blue Ridge Community College, completed between 2009 and 2011. Conley is a graduate of Broadway High School, where an Advanced Diploma was earned from 2005 to 2009.
