Tom Meyns

Tom Meyns is currently the IWS and Digital Manager at Danone, where they focus on implementing the IWS methodology and fostering a culture of 100% ownership among team members. Previously, Tom held various roles, including Unit Production Manager at Danone and Production Coach at Atlas Copco. Their earlier experience includes serving as Production Manager at Varisco S.p.A. and Management Consultant at Stanwick Management Consultants, where they leveraged their expertise in project management and Lean methodologies. Tom earned a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
