Tom Tao is an innovation-driven leader with over 10 years of experience in product development and R&D. Currently serving as Associate Product Development Director at Danone since 2018, Tom has successfully led the R&D strategy for China’s infant nutrition market, fostering a team of more than 10 and spearheading numerous product launches. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Senior Product Development Technologist at Danone and as a Food Technologist at Golden State Foods.
