Tugce Esmer

Tugce Esmer is a Transformation Manager at Danone, specializing in the design-to-delivery process since 2023. Previously, Tugce served as a Global Project Manager in Talent Acquisition and as the Inclusive Diversity Lead for the Benelux region at Danone, where they defined strategies and initiated campaigns to promote inclusive diversity. Tugce also has experience in managing talent operations and has worked as an intern at EY and Akbank. They hold an Honor Degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University and a Master of Science in Strategic Management & Sustainable Entrepreneurship from Tilburg University.
