Monica Huffman has extensive experience in recruitment, specializing in full cycle recruiting for production personnel in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Danos since March 2023, Monica is responsible for recruiting for the Lafayette location, focusing on the Gulf of Mexico offshore. Prior to this, Monica held the position of Sr. Recruiter - US Offshore at Wood from April 2013 to March 2023, and worked as a Recruiter for Weatherford at KellyOCG from August 2011 to April 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services from January 2009 to August 2011 and a decade as a School Display Sales Representative for Books Are Fun.
