Jéssica Mendes

Jéssica Mendes has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Jéssica started their career working as a Senior Sales Consultant at TIM Brasil from 2014 to 2017, where they focused on identifying customer needs, implementing sales strategies, managing projects, and leading a team. Jéssica then joined Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) as a Business Consultant from 2017 to 2018, where they excelled in understanding customer requirements, offering the best products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Jéssica later worked as a Sales Consultant at Claro Brasil from 2019 to 2020, where they provided customer support, identified opportunities, and adapted offerings based on new demands. In 2021, they joined Rappi as a Key Account, responsible for managing accounts, driving sales through promotions, prospecting new clients, and analyzing performance data. Currently, they are an Inside Sales representative at DANRESA Security & Network.

Jéssica Mendes pursued their education from 2020 to 2025 at Estácio, where they obtained a Bachelor's and teaching degree in Law.
