Fie Kemplar

Fie Kemplar is an experienced project and program manager with a comprehensive background in digital transformation, cloud solutions, and agile methodologies. Currently serving as Project Manager at dao, Fie is focused on digital transformation and ERP implementation. Prior roles include Project Manager at Egmont, Program Lead at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, and Project Manager at Lundbeck, contributing to projects involving AI, machine learning, and cloud transformation. Fie also held positions as Management Consultant, Agile Coach, and Trainer at MetierWestergaard A/S, where numerous SAFe courses were taught for various clients. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Consultant at Global Roadrunner, Scrum Master and Project Manager at BEC, COO and Project Manager at Freetrailer Group A/S, and IT Project and Change Manager at Berlingske Media. Fie holds a Cand.Merc degree in Design and Communication Management from Copenhagen Business School.
