Inga Lepeskaite

Inga Lepeskaite is a seasoned learning experience consultant currently serving as a Principal Learning Experience Consultant at Danske Bank since April 2017, where roles have included Chief Learning Consultant for Group Compliance and Head of AML Learning Experience. Prior to this, Inga spent 14 years at OVC Consulting as a Partner and Consultant. With a strong academic background in psychology, Inga holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Vilnius University and is pursuing postgraduate studies in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapy at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences.
