Kristin Hallandvik

Kristin Hallandvik currently serves as the Head of Country Management & Strategy Office at Danske Bank, where Kristin has held various leadership roles since April 2018, including Head of Business Management - Financial Crime Norway and Financial Crime Journey Lead Norway. Prior to her tenure at Danske Bank, Kristin was a Manager in Advisory at KPMG Norway from May 2015 to April 2018, and a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent from August 2010 to May 2015. Kristin's early career includes advisory roles at Hero Kompetanse, Agder Energi AS, and Sørlandet Sykehus HF, along with a trainee position at Trainee Sør AS. Kristin holds a Master’s Degree in Pedagogic from the University of Agder, and additional qualifications from the University of Oslo and BI Norwegian Business School, where Kristin specialized in Organizational Leadership.
