Niklas Lundqvist

Niklas Lundqvist is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in private and retail banking. Currently serving as the Head of Private Banking Sweden and Head of Investment Advisory Center at Danske Bank since October 2018, Lundqvist leads investment advisory services for private and corporate clients across Sweden. Previously, Lundqvist held various leadership roles at Danske Bank, including acting Head of Private Banking Sweden and Deputy Head of Retail Banking, as well as managerial positions at Swedbank, overseeing multiple branches in southern Stockholm. Lundqvist began a career in banking in 2002 with Danske Bank as a Senior Relationship Manager, focusing on small-cap and large corporations. Educationally, Lundqvist holds a Master of Arts in Financing from Stockholm University.
