Bjarne Ørum Fruergaard

Bjarne Ørum Fruergaard is an experienced quantitative analyst and data scientist, currently serving as Lead Quantitative Analyst at Danske Commodities since August 2018. Prior roles include Senior Quantitative Analyst at Alipes ApS and CTO at Relink, where Bjarne also held the position of Lead Data Scientist. Previous experience encompasses a Senior Data Scientist role at Castle and a significant tenure at Adform, where work involved advanced machine learning techniques and optimization problems in online advertising. Bjarne holds a Ph.D. in Machine Learning, a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field, all from the Technical University of Denmark.
