Emil Flinker Noergaard has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the energy trading and IT strategy fields. Emil Flinker worked at Danske Commodities from 2013 to the present, where they held positions such as Manager, Head of ETRM Center of Excellence, Senior IT Strategy Analyst, and Interim Manager, Head of Business Controlling & Settlement. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst and Intraday Power Trader at Danske Commodities. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at Betsson Group as a Portfolio Manager, and from 2004 to 2006, they served as an Engineer Sergeant at Forsvaret.

Emil Flinker Noergaard's education history includes several degrees and certifications. Emil Flinker obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business & Administration with English from Aarhus University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
