Jens-Peter Saul

Jens-Peter Saul serves as the Group President and CEO of Ramboll Group since March 2012 and is a Non-Executive Director at Cubico Sustainable Investments since August 2019. Saul is also a member of the Committee on Business Policy at DI - Confederation of Danish Industry since July 2012, and Vice Chairman of the Board at H+H International A/S from March 2023 to April 2025. Previously, Saul was on the Board of Directors at Danske Commodities until June 2023 and served as HamburgAmbassador for the Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg from November 2015 to May 2023. His past roles include Chairman of the Board at the German-Danish Chamber of Commerce from June 2012 to June 2018, and CEO of Siemens Windpower from 2010 to 2012. Furthermore, Saul held leadership positions at Siemens Energy (2008-2010) and Siemens plc (2005-2008) prior to transitioning to his current roles. Education was completed at Gymnasium Hochrad and Leibniz Universität Hannover.
