Ronny Hviid serves as the Center Manager at Danske Shoppingcentre since November 2021 and is a Board Member for herningCentrets Centerforening since July 2022, as well as for VisitHerning from March 2023 to July 2024, where Ronny represents the retail sector in Herning Municipality. With extensive experience in educational roles, Ronny has been an appointed external censor for multiple financial programs since December 2009. Previous leadership includes serving as Chair of the Board for K/S Difko Holstebro IV and K/S Detail Jylland II, alongside experience in investment management and commercial sales within the energy sector. Ronny's educational background includes a Master's in Tax (MTA) from Copenhagen Business School, coupled with certifications related to interest rate derivatives and wine education, demonstrating a diverse skill set in both finance and specialized knowledge areas.

Danske Shoppingcentre – DSC – is owned by ATP Real Estate and Danica Pension. The company was founded at the beginning of 2018 and consists of a Board of Directors with representatives from both companies and a day-to-day management. Our portfolio of a total of 18 centres corresponds to a market share of 24 % and makes DSC the strongest player in the market. This is a commitment. And it is the company's specified goal to own and develop the best centres in the industry. DSC works both strategically and in practice on ensuring fulfilment of the consumers' needs – even before they arise. We analyse trends to ensure long term investments and satisfied customers and we endeavour to form and modify our centres so that they are consistently up-to-date and attractive to visitors and shoppers. As e-commerce is growing, it is important that the physical centres can provide alternative offers and cover other customer needs, and here we focus on eating places, leisure and high quality service.
