Mette Plambech Haugsted

Mette Plambech Haugsted has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Mette is currently working at Danske Spil as the Head of Devops & Intern IT since April 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Danske Spil, including Bestyrelsesmedlem and Head of DevOps. Mette also worked as a Senior Product Owner and Product Owner in the Business Intelligence field from June 2019 to June 2022.

Before joining Danske Spil, Mette worked as a Product Owner / Webredaktør at Det Kgl. Bibliotek | Royal Danish Library from January 2017 to June 2019. In this role, they managed digital projects, national marketing initiatives, and stakeholder management.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Kommunikationskonsulent at Landsorganisationen Borgerstyret Personlig Assistance - LOBPA from August 2015 to May 2016. Mette was responsible for communication strategies, website management, and communication projects.

Mette also gained experience as a Specialestuderende at Aller Media A/S from December 2014 to June 2015, where they explored the development of new digital business areas.

Furthermore, Mette has worked in web development and project management roles at KFUM-Spejderne i Danmark from November 2013 to June 2015.

Mette started their career as a Studentermedhjælper kommunikation at LOBPA from October 2012 to January 2013, where they carried out various communication tasks.

Mette's work experience also includes being a Student Counsellor at the University of Copenhagen from June 2010 to March 2012, where they provided guidance and organized events for students.

Finally, they worked as a Chefbarista at Baresso Coffee A/S from June 2006 to March 2007.

Mette Plambech Haugsted obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Danish from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2008 to 2012. Mette then pursued a Master's degree in Danish with a focus on communication at Københavns Universitet Amager from 2012 to 2013. Mette also completed additional education at IT University of Copenhagen in 2013 through a single subject course in web design and statistics. In 2014, they received further professional development at Mannaz where they completed a course in "Happy Projects." Mette continued their education at IT-Universitetet i København from 2013 to 2015, studying digital design and communication with a specialization in digital business development through service design. In October 2018, Mette obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org.
