Susan Li

Susan Li has over 30 years of work experience in the footwear industry. Susan has held various roles at companies such as Dansko, Wolverine Worldwide, Brooks Running, Reebok, and Airwalk International LLC. Susan'smost recent position is as the VP of Sourcing at Dansko, where they strategically and operationally leads sourcing and production for the company's products. Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated expertise in product development, commercialization, and sourcing. Susan has held senior-level positions and has experience managing teams and developing sustainable supplier relationships.

Susan Li earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wales from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they obtained the certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in May 2022. Susan also passed the 2021 CFA Level 1 Nov. exam on their first attempt and received this certification from the CFA Institute in January 2022.
