Jaymie Heil

Jaymie Heil has extensive experience in the sales and marketing of fire solutions. Jaymie started their career at Hearth & Home Technologies, where they held various roles such as U.S. Sales Representative, International Sales Representative, and International Product Manager. Jaymie then became the VP International Sales at Hearth & Home Technologies, where they were responsible for driving sales strategy in overseas markets and managing a team of sales managers and representatives. Jaymie later founded Aligned Consulting Services and KaiKoa Design Services, where they provided consulting services in business, sales, marketing, and product development. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at EcoSmart Inc, where they were responsible for strategic planning, sales initiatives, and product development across North America. Jaymie is currently serving as the Vice President of International Sales at Dansons.
