Dan Merriman is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and compliance management. Currently serving as the IT - Digital Transformation leader at Dante Valve Company, Inc., since April 2021, Dan oversees key initiatives including ERP implementation and infrastructure redesign, while ensuring compliance with various regulations essential for subcontractors to the US Navy. Previously, Dan held the position of Group Executive of IT at SASCO (Electek), focusing on managing digital transformation efforts and IT strategy alignment with business goals. Dan has also served as Operations Manager and Senior Systems Engineer at Core Group, and Systems Engineer at Neutrino Networks, where expertise in IT service management and project execution was demonstrated across diverse industries. Additionally, Dan directed the IT department at Autism Speaks during a significant growth phase. Dan holds an MBA from UC Irvine and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Creighton University.
