Jenn Dudley has extensive work experience in various fields, spanning project management, instructional design, learning, and software engineering. Jenn founded and is currently the CEO of Dante32 since 2018, a software consulting and development company. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager of Learning for Software Engineering at Enova International from 2016-2018. In 2014, they first worked as a Senior Education and Development Strategist and then as a Manager of Platform Education at Centro until 2016. Jenn was also a Principal at JLN Ventures from 2013-2015. Besides, as a Project Manager, they worked at LaunchPad Lab, Promet Solutions, Inc., and Belly. Additionally, they were a Student at Code Academy. In 2010-2011, they were an Assistant to the President and President Elect at CCASTD, and in 2010, they worked as an Instructional Design and Project Management professional at Kineo.

Jenn Dudley studied Journalism and Mass Communications and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Arizona State University. Jenn also pursued higher education in Instructional Design & Technology and received a Master of Education (MEd) degree from Texas Tech University. Additionally, they have gained knowledge in Ruby on Rails through a program at The Starter League. However, the exact years of enrollment and completion for each program is currently unknown.
