Elaine Russell

Elaine Russell is an accomplished operating partner at Greycroft since December 2019, where Elaine co-leads the Albertsons Fund and focuses on early-stage investments in the Future of Retail. Russell serves as a board member for Crafty and previously held board member roles at Anycart and 1520. Additional board observer positions include Lucy, Danvas, and Prima. As a venture partner at PLG Ventures from September 2017 until December 2021, Russell contributed to seed capital investments and mentorship for technology-enabled startups. Prior to their venture roles, Russell was the VP of Product & Strategy at Hintbox and co-founded Little Key, a platform for children's activities. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University and a BS & BBA in Business and Economics from SMU Cox School of Business.
