Brian Gover

Brian Gover is currently the Director of Technology at DANVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Apex Clearing Corporation from 2012 to 2017 and as SVP/ Chief Compliance Officer at Penson Financial Services from 2007 to 2012. Brian also worked as VP/ Operations at JPMorgan Chase from 2002 to 2007, where they were responsible for the input, repair, amendment and settlement of all foreign trades and foreign exchange originating from Western Hemisphere Custody customers.Brian has deep experience in International Custody, Foreign Exchange (processing, pricing, sales, reconciliation), DTC and Fed Settlement, Cash Processing. Brian has also been responsible for conceptualizing and implementing various initiatives such as departmental training, improved automation, lean processing, and policy initiatives.

Brian Gover has a Master of Science in Administrative Studies/Financial Economics from Boston University and a BS in Business Admin from Southern New Hampshire University.

Brian Gover reports to Elmer Thomas, Interim Superintendent. They work with Sheri Satterly - Assistant Superintendent, Ron Ballard - Director of Pupil Personnel, and Amy Robbins - Interim Director of Special Education.
