Dyan Acosta

Dyan Acosta has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2004, they worked as a Receptionist/Insurance Billing associate at American Health Network until 2006. Dyan then worked at Patora Fine Jewelers in 2012 as a Sales Associate, where they were responsible for tasks such as updating the company website, organizing merchandise, and assisting customers. From 2013 to 2019, Dyan Acosta worked at American Health Network as a Patient Service Representative, providing support to patients. Currently, they serve as an Information Technology Support Coordinator at Danville Community School Corporation, a position they have held since September 2019.

Dyan Acosta's education history begins in 2001 when they attended ITT-Technical School until 2003. During this time, they studied Computer Networking- Information Technology and earned an A.S degree. Later, from 2011 to 2016, Acosta attended Ivy Tech Community College with a focus on Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, although no degree was specified. More recently, Acosta enrolled at Purdue University Global in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. In addition to their educational background, Acosta obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert in July 2019.
