Xinran Liu

Xinran Liu is a 3D Vision Engineer at DaoAI Robotics Inc. since April 2020, with prior experience in the same role at MetaOptima Technology Inc. where new algorithms and pipelines for 3D body reconstruction were developed. This involved automating processes to enhance accuracy and processing speed. Xinran also served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo, supporting courses in Probability and Statistics, Data Structures and Algorithms, and Digital Systems. Xinran holds a Ph.D. candidacy in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and has earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Southeast University, along with a brief tenure as a visiting student at the University of Michigan.
